Silberschnitt® cutting fluid ensures a smooth and precise break during cutting. It binds any glass particles that are created and ensures continuous wheel free movement.

When using cutting fluid, the surface tension in the glass is significantly reduced, allowing the cutting fluid to penetrate the cutting surface more quickly and guaranteeing optimal cutting results. Cutting fluids also lubricate the cutting wheel, minimizing friction and thus enabling longer service life. When cutting glass with cutting fluid, the cutting pressure can be reduced, resulting in less damage to the glass surface and thus less chipping and significantly better edge quality.

• Using cutting fluid with our squares and rulers has no effect on the material.
  Note:
  When working with thick glass, it is especially important to use sufficient cutting fluid.
